How do I save a copy of my journal to a file? Journals can be saved to a comma separated values (.csv) spreadsheet and emailed to the address associated with your profile by selecting the desired journal year from the download journal page in the JOURNAL menu. Premier members can download their journals as often as desired. Non-premier members can only use the journal download functionality once a year.
